I am writing this email to show you my concern about my late purchase in your online store.

I find out your site online randomly and decide to purchase some hoodies for my 12 years boy who is anime fan.

I was very impressed with you site and level of quality showcase about your products

It was mentioned that the delivery should be between the 5 February and the 18 February and the purchase was made the 29 January.

I am a bit worry since my son didn’t receive it yet and the carrier that you guys work with doesn’t show the tracking of the package

And this has been like that since a receive the email of your carrier which was the 12 February.

Since then nothing it will be now almost one month and still nothing

I currently live in Portugal and my son in Luxembourg

Can you guys can be any assistance or help on that matter please ?🙏
